Important Key Points To Remember When You Get Injured At Work

Important Key Points To Remember When You Get Injured At Work:

1. Report the Injury to Your Employer in Writing, Email or by Text (This is evidence).

2. Demand a Injury Claim Form to fill out and state when the injury happened (date of injury) and the injured body parts. List everything even if it is minimal discomfort.

3. Demand Medical Treatment from your employer in writing, email & text.(keep the evidence). Make sure you list all body parts and symptoms to your employer and doctors.

3. Go immediately to your own doctor or the employer doctor/clinic to get treatment. Document & state everything that is injured, in pain or causing you discomfort. Keep copies of everything! Industrial Clinics work for the benefit of Insurance Adjusters and will omit, hide information or only document some of your injuries.

4. Tell you co-workers about your work injury and the date it happened. Document their names & cell numbers. Send them emails or txt messages to document and have evidence. This is evidence.

5. Do not quit or tell your employer that you are taking time off after an injury. Speak to us before you make any decision to know your legal rights.

6. Call us immediately to protect your legal rights. Unfortunately, claims adjusters and employers repeatedly lie and hide evidence all the time! Don’t trust industrial clinic doctors & staff. They work for insurance adjusters.
